KEFALONIA TOUR – Folkloric Museum and Melissani Lake

You will start with a short photo stop at the Memorial of Acqui Division before arriving in Argostoli to visit the Folkloric Museum. Here you will see items of local interest dating back through the ages, giving you an idea of what life was like here on the island. Afterwards you’ll continue on to the Melisani Lake in the mountainous region of Cephalonia. This lake is one of nature’s wonders as the lake’s vivid colours change according to the position of the sun. You can take the small boat-ride across the lake, an ideal photo opportunity. Leaving the splendour of the lake, you will journey through Sami port where “Captain Corellis Mandolin” was filmed before returning to the port via an alternative, scenic route.
