11 Days Tour Turkey

Your tour starts with your arrival at Istanbul airport. Transfer to your hotel and free time. 

Today you will visit the old city of Istanbul. Follow your guide to the Blue Mosque, the Roman Hippodrome, the Obelisk and the highlight of the city , the Christian church of Hagia Sofia. The tour continues to Topkapi Palace and then you can go shopping at the most buzzing shopping center, the Grand Bazaar. Overnight in Istanbul.

On the third day , you will get to know the city from its majestic river, Bosphorus. After your tour down to the river, you can shop exotic spices of the East at the Spice Bazzar. Your tour to Istanbul ends and you will visit the city of Canakkale by bus. You will overnight in hotel in Canakkale. 

After a rich breakfast at the hotel, you will depart for the legendary Ancient City of Troy and visit the place described in the Iliad. Leave Troy behind and continue on to Bergama where you will visit the Ancient Acropolis, the highest point of the city and also the Asklepion, an ancient sanatorium. Transfer by bus to Kusadasi and overnight at the hotel. 

Start your day in Kusadasi with full breakfast at the hotel and then follow your guide to the most famous ancient city of Western Turkey, Ephesus. The sightseeing starts from the House of Virgin Mary, goes on to the magnificent Temple of Artemis and at the end of the tour you will be transferred to Pamukalle. Overnight in Pamukkale hotel. 

The sixth day is dedicated to a visit at the Ancient City of Hierapolis , the sacred city. You will stop your tour in Antalya and overnight at the hotel. 

Today , the tour starts with a guided sightseeing to the Ancient city of Perge and then you will visit the Natural Park of Kursunlu Waterfalls. The next stop is scheduled for Aspendos, an ancient Roma-Greek city with a perfectly preserved theatre. The tour ends in Konya. 

After your breakfast at the hotel , follow your guide to a visit at the Mousoleum of Mevlana where you will get to know the tradition of the Whirling Dervishes. Depart and transfer to Cappadocia, the heart of Turkey ,where you will see the Sultanhan Caravanserai and the famous Derinkuyu Underground City. Overnight in Cappadocia.

During your second day in Cappadocia you will begin your tour with a visit to the Goreme Open Air Museum, dedicated to World War I. The next stop is Uchisar Citadel and then the town of Avanos, known for its pottery tradition. You will go on to Pasabag and Dervent. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Today , you will visit the capital of Turkey, Ankara. Follow your guide to a sightseeing at the Anatolia Civilization Museum, where you can meet the traditions and civilization of Turkey. You next visit is scheduled for the Mousoleum of Atatürk, the ethnarch of Turks. Overnight in Ankara.

On the last day in Turkey, you will begin your trip back to Istanbul by bus, after an early breakfast at the hotel. You will be transferred to Airport or to your hotel. End of tour.
